12:15. Removal and installation of tips of steering drafts
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken nuts of fastening of the corresponding wheel. A car front also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove a wheel.
2a. Holding a draft tip from a provorachivaniye the second key, release a lock-nut.
2b. Turn off a nut so that there was an opportunity to put a tag of provision of a tip on open rounds of a carving of a bar (see accompanying illustrations).
3. Take the forelock and weaken a nut of a spherical finger of a tip. It is not necessary to remove a nut still finally.
4. By means of a stripper release a sharovy finger of a tip from the lever of assembly of a rotary fist (see an accompanying illustration). Remove a nut and separate draft from a fist.
5. Turn off and remove a tip from draft.
Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Screw on draft a new tip (to the landing tag put in the course of dismantle on bar carving rounds). Put a sharovy finger of a tip in the lever of a rotary fist. Do not tighten a tip lock-nut so far. 2. Screw a koronchaty nut of a spherical finger and tighten it with the required effort. Record a nut the new forelock. 3. Strongly tighten a tip lock-nut. 4. Establish a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with the required effort (see Specifications to the Head Routine maintenance). 5. Drive away the car in a specialized workshop for check of angles of installation of forward wheels.
