1. Manufacturers of cars (Honda company) recommend to make washing of a cooler of ATF and lines of a cooling path with solvent. Track that upon completion of washing solvent did not remain in cooler lines/cavities. It will be reasonable to wash out in conclusion for a guarantee a cooler of pure ATF. 2. Establish into place a starter (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine). 3. Before installation track reliability of gearing of a nave of the converter of rotation in the pump. Having fixed transmission on a jack, bring it to regular situation (try not to incline assembly in order to avoid loss of the converter from it). 4. Achieve the correct combination of the tags of position of the converter of rather driving disk put in the course of dismantle. 5. Make sure of presence at the nests of the directing pins, then accurately put on them transmission, watching correctness of input of the converter in gearing. 6. Screw the lower bolt of fastening of transmission to the engine and the lower bolt of fastening of the engine to transmission. Tighten bolts with the required effort.

Do not use bolts for pulling up of transmission to the engine. If it is not possible to press assembly, try to establish the reason and to eliminate a hindrance. |
7. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to a dismantle order.
8. Fill in in transmission the necessary number of ATF of the required grade (see the Head Routine maintenance). Be not frightened if it is required to fill in liquids slightly more, than it is stipulated by norms, – surplus will leave on filling of the converter of rotation which is not devastated in the course of usual change of ATF. 9. Start the engine, cock the parking brake and carry out the selector lever through all provisions three times. Make sure of serviceability of functioning of a driving cable of gear shifting (see Replacement and adjustment of a cable of gear shifting). 10. Check installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see the Head Routine maintenance). 11. Warm up the engine up to the normal working temperature (transmission in situation "N" or "P"), then muffle it and check the ATF level. 12. Carry out trial runs of the car, then check the power unit for existence of signs of leak of liquids. |
