10.4. Removal and installation of the executive cylinder of coupling
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!
2. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
3. A special cap key weaken a nipple nut and disconnect from the executive cylinder the hydraulic line (see an accompanying illustration). Prepare for collecting the spilled liquid. At once to a zakuporta the open ends of the line and nipple connection in order to avoid hit in system of dirt.
4. Turn out two fixing bolts (see an accompanying illustration).
5. Remove the executive cylinder.
Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the executive cylinder on the regular place on a coupling dome, by hand tighten fixing bolts. Track correctness of landing of a pusher in a coupling switching off fork pocket.
2. Connect the hydraulic line to the cylinder, then finally tighten fixing bolts. A special cap key strongly tighten a nipple nut. 3. Fill in necessary amount of the DOT 3 brake fluid in the cylinder. 4. Pump over hydraulic system (see Removal of air from a hydraulic path of the drive of switching off of coupling). 5. Lower the car on the earth and connect a negative wire to the battery.
