12.5. Removal and installation of the top control lever of a forward suspension bracket

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Weaken nuts of fastening of the corresponding forward wheel. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove a wheel. Prop up the lower lever of a suspension bracket a jack.

2. Take the forelock and weaken a koronchaty nut of a spherical finger of a support of the top lever (see an accompanying illustration). Do not remove a nut finally in order to avoid spontaneous separation of the lever from a rotary fist so far.

3. By means of a stripper release a sharovy finger of a support of the top lever from a rotary fist (see an accompanying illustration). Remove a koronchaty nut (try not to allow losses of a fist, in case of need tie up damping assembly by a wire).

4a. On the Civic models, working in a motive compartment, give nuts, take axial bolts.

4b. Remove assembly of the top lever from the car (see accompanying illustrations).

5. On the Integra models give nuts of fastening of the top lever to the shock basis (see an accompanying illustration) and remove the lever, having led round it around a screw spring.

6. Installation is made upside-down. Track respect for the required efforts of tightening of fixture.

On the Civic models raise a forward suspension bracket a jack, imitating its full speed during the movement and only after it tighten axial bolts of the lever.
