12.7. Removal and installation of a rotary fist and stupichny assembly
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off a rim cap. Weaken a stupichny nut (see an accompanying illustration). Weaken nuts of fastening of a wheel, then a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props. Remove a wheel. Turn off a stupichny nut.
2. Release a flexible brake hose from an arm on assembly of a rotary fist. Otboltite a support of the brake mechanism also tie up it a wire to a screw spring. Remove also anchor bracket of a support and a brake disk (see the Head the Brake system). 3. Disconnect from a rotary fist a tip of steering draft (see Removal and installation of tips of steering drafts). 4. Separate the lower lever of a suspension bracket from a spherical support in the lower part of a rotary fist (see Removal and installation of the lower control lever of a forward suspension bracket). 5. Separate the top end of a fist from a spherical support of the top lever of a suspension bracket. 6. Accurately delay assembly of a fist with a nave outside, having removed it from a pin of a power shaft. In case of need knock on a pin end face with the hammer with soft brisk for the purpose of its release from a nave. Tie up assembly of a power shaft a wire in order to avoid damage of the internal CV JOINT.
Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Slightly grease with special lubricant of a vent of an external pin of a power shaft. Pass a pin through an opening in a nave, at the same time filling a rotary fist on the regular place. 2. Connect the top part of a fist to a spherical support of the top lever of a suspension bracket (see Removal and installation of the top control lever of a forward suspension bracket). Tighten a nut of a spherical finger with the required effort. 3. Connect a spherical support in the lower part of a fist to the lower lever of a suspension bracket (see Removal and installation of the lower control lever of a forward suspension bracket). 4. Establish into place a brake disk, an anchor bracket and a support (see the Head the Brake system). 5. Screw a stupichny nut on a pin of a power shaft and strongly tighten it. 6. Establish a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with the required effort (see Specifications to the Head Routine maintenance). 7. Tighten a stupichny nut with the required effort.
