5.12. Removal and installation of assembly of the control panel of functioning of a heater and conditioner of air, adjustment of a driving cable

The cars considered in the present manual are equipped with system of additional safety of SRS better known as a safety cushion. Before performing any works near assembly of a pillow or a steering column, without fail disconnect system in order to avoid getting injured as a result of its casual operation (see the Head Onboard electric equipment). |
|
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Disconnect a safety cushion (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).
|
|
If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!
|
2. Remove the lower section of finishing of the central console (see the Head Kuzov).
3. Remove a stereosystem (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).

4. Turn out screws of fastening of the deflector of an air duct of the central console, take the deflector and give four screws of fastening of assembly of the control panel of functioning of the heater/conditioner of air (see an accompanying illustration). |
|
|
5. Take assembly of management and disunite the socket of its electrical wiring. Disconnect a cable of management of mixing of the air given to salon from a control lever (see an accompanying illustration). |
6. Installation is made upside-down.
7. Start the engine and check an isravnost of functioning of systems of heating and air conditioning. |

1. For adjustment of a driving cable disconnect it from the executive lever of the valve of a heater in a motive compartment. Disconnect a cable from the lever of mixing of air of assembly of management under the dashboard in interior of the car.
2. Transfer a control lever temperature to the provision of the maximum cooling (COOL MOVE), then accurately pull for a cover of a cable and close the gate, having tracked that all weak point a cable was chosen.
3. Holding a control lever the air mixing which is wrung out against the stop latch a driving cable in a clamp clip.
4. In a motive compartment transfer the executive lever of the valve to completely closed position and connect a cable. Without releasing the lever, choose a cable weak point, having pulled for its cover, then establish the fixing clip. |

1. Release a driving cable from a control lever clamp clip.
2. Transfer a control lever temperature to position of the maximum intensity of heating (HEAT MOVE), then turn a control lever mixing of air and connect a cable.
3. Delay a cable cover from a tip back, having chosen all weak point of a cable, then record a cable a clip. |

Driving cable of the valve of a heater

1. Disconnect a cable from the valve lever in a motive compartment. Disconnect a cable of management of mixing of air from a control lever under the dashboard.
2. Transfer a control lever temperature to position of the maximum intensity of heating (HEAT MOVE), turn the handle to a cable and record the last a clip. Pressing a cable tip to an emphasis, latch a cable of management of air mixing in a clip.
3. In a motive compartment transfer the executive lever of the valve to completely closed position and connect a cable. Without releasing the lever, choose a cable weak point, having pulled for its cover, then establish the fixing clip. |
