13:16. Removal, installation and adjustment of a cover of the luggage compartment
The cover of the luggage compartment has the considerable weight therefore it will be reasonable to secure with the help of the assistant.
Removal and installation

1. Lift a cover and cover with protective covers or just old blankets of edge of an aperture of the luggage compartment for the purpose of protection of a paint and varnish covering.
2. Disconnect the driving cables brought to a cover or an electrical wiring.

3. Lead round a loop marker, having marked situation them on a cover (see an accompanying illustration).

4. Ask the assistant to hold a cover in open situation and give fastening bolts to it both loops (see an accompanying illustration). Together carefully uncover the car. |
5. Installation is made upside-down.

Track that loops were located strictly in the former provisions on a cover. |

Adjustment
|
|
1. Adjustment of a cover in a body aperture is made by weakening of fixture of loops.
2. For the purpose of control of the size of shift of a cover lead round loops a marker (see paragraph 3 above).
3. Weaken fixture and correct the provision of a cover in the corresponding direction. Adjustment should be made short steps, every time tightening fixture and making control check, accurately closing a cover.
4. Make sure of serviceability of functioning of the lock of a cover. In case of need make adjustment of position of its drummer. Try to achieve that the lock reliably held a cover when it is aflush with surrounding body panels. Lead round the drummer a marker, weaken fixture and make necessary adjustment. Do not forget to tighten bolts reliably.
5. Assembly of a castle latch, as well as loop of a cover has to be greased regularly with lubricant on a lithium basis.
6. In conclusion correct height of provision of a cover in the closed state – as appropriate screw/turn out persistent rubber pillows.
