13:19. Removal, installation and adjustment of provision of doors
Doors of the car have the nachitelny weight therefore it will be reasonable to secure with the help of the assistant.
Removal and installation

1. Completely lower glass, then disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Open a door against the stop and prop up it a jack, or wooden whetstones.
3. Remove the panel of an internal upholstery and the water filter (see Removal and installation of an internal upholstery of doors).
4. Mark and disunite all electric sockets, then release an electrical wiring from clamps on door assembly.
5. From a door separate laid between it and a body the rubber directing tube. Take the plait of an electrical wiring passed through the directing tube and remove it from a door.

6. Beat out the central pin of a door emphasis (see an accompanying illustration). |
7. Lead round loopy levels a marker, having marked situation them on a door.

8. Ask the assistant to take a door and give bolts of fastening of loopy levels (see an accompanying illustration). Together remove a door from the car. |
9. Installation is made upside-down. |

Adjustment

1. Correctness of an arrangement of a door in a body aperture has critical value from the point of view of serviceability of functioning of door assembly. First of all to estimate the size of a side play of axial fingers of door loops. Completely open a door and pull it up-down. If the side play of a door exceeds 1.6 mm, loops should be replaced.

2. For performance of correction of a door in an aperture weaken bolts of fastening of loops on a car body (see an accompanying illustration). The door can be considered established truly when its upper edge falls into a closed position it is parallel to a car roof cut; the first line (back at a back door) doors at the same time has to appear aflush with the surface of a wing, and lower – with the threshold plane. If it is not possible to achieve an objective the simple shift of a door, it is necessary to pick up adjusting washers of the necessary thickness. Washers are enclosed under loopy levels (both on a body, and on a door) and can be acquired in shops of automobile accessories.

3. Correct operation of the locking mechanism can achieve by updating of the provision of the drummer of the lock in the vertical direction (see an illustration below). For assessment of size of shift lead round a plate of the basis of the drummer a marker. Weaken fixture and make necessary adjustment – the latch has to enter gearing with the central part of the drummer.

4. In conclusion adjust position of the drummer in the horizontal direction, – the closed door has to appear aflush with the surface of the rack/panel of a back wing and be locked regularly at the same time (see an accompanying illustration).
